The Anti Aging Diet and Work Out Life-Style

Although vanity plays a large part in the use of anti aging skin products and treatments, the growth in popularity is due in no small part to the fact that we are all living and working longer. Collagen makes up a quarter of the the total protein found in skin. A majority of the anti-aging products (this includes collagen.) are categoraized as anti-oxidants, important chemicals that slow the body's aging process

Vitamin C is a well known anti-oxidant and despite all the facts, nobody can decide just how much our body needs on a daily basis. With a new anti aging skin product on the market, there is now a major competition for manufacturers to improve cost and efficiency. Using Vitamin E and lipoic acid as anti-oxidants is more common today then in the past although Vitamin C is the most effective anti-oxidant.

Vitamin E is found in the blood stream, and as a fat-soluble anti-oxidant, an abundance of it will help fight cancer. Lipoic acid helps to generate the energy used to keep our body alive and functioning. This is found inside every cell.

Phytochemicals are chemical compounds extracted from certain plants that can be used to diminish the physical signs of aging and are used in many anti-aging and skin care products. There are specific types of cancers that can be prevented from occuring by phytochemicals.

It has also been discovered that there are anti-ageing benefits to vitamins B5, B6 and B12. The broad field of anti-ageing skin care products, seems to need much more research.

Lots of people believe that less expensive and a more highly effective anti aging skin care product will eventually be developed, given all the scientific studies that are underway.

There is no subtitute for organic skin treatments. How many people can honestly say they eat nutritionally balanced diets, exercise, annd get enough water as well as the sleep they need?
